Mediocre stay due to cleanliness issues

The location was pretty good. It was close to most things.
I was pretty disappointed with the room's cleanliness. I found hairs ALL over the floor upon arrival and the bathroom wasn't very clean EITHER. I asked for a cleaning service, but it didn't really make a difference, I was SO upset.
